All Sales Final
Due to the handmade and sometimes made-to-order nature of my products, all sales are final. I am unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Sizing issues resulting from incorrect customer measurements
Preference changes regarding colour, fit, or style
I encourage customers to review product descriptions and sizing details carefully prior to purchase. I am always happy to assist with questions before you place an order.
Quality Assurance & Workmanship
Your satisfaction is important, and I stand behind the quality of my work.
If you believe your item has a workmanship concern upon arrival, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible concerns may include:
A seam that has come undone
An incorrect size or item compared to what was ordered
Please note that variations typical of handmade items are not considered defects.
Not eligible:
General wear and tear
Damage incurred after wearing, washing, or altering the item
Slight colour differences due to screen or device settings
If an issue is validated, I will repair, replace, or offer store credit at my discretion.
